She initially created, produced and hosted "The Inner Bottom Line®" as an award-winning Los Angeles-based television interview show that ran from 1988-1991, then transformed it into a nationally syndicated column that ran from 1996 - 2014, last contributing as the national ethics columnist on examiner.com. She holds a BA in Humanities from Case Western Reserve and earned an MFA in Screenwriting from the American Film Institute, where her thesis film won a Sloan award. Along with Personal Best, Olive has founded four other companies.
