Lake Oswego, OR – Olive Gallagher, founder and CEO of Personal Best, a creative marketing and ethics consultancy specializing in consistent, accountable brand messages and delivery, announced the relocation and opening of its private executive coaching practice in Portland, Oregon.

“While Personal Best started off offering unique creative consulting services to large corporations like Toyota, Avon, PG&E and IDG,” Gallagher explains, “I’ve always worked in private session with clients who ranged from major CEO’s to small business owners. And while I’ve always been excited by the opportunity to provide seminars or speeches to large groups or audiences, there is something so intimate and special about working one-on-one.”

Gallagher continues. “When it’s just the two of us in the room, and the door is shut and the phone turned off, the work shifts into a different place and it is in those moments that the simplicity and accuracy of The Inner Bottom Line philosophy and materials becomes so clear and impactful.”

Gallagher will operate initially out of offices located in Lake Oswego, a beautiful area just ten minutes south of downtown Portland, and is considering opening a second office in the city by early 2014.
Gallagher adds, “It’s a funny thing about labels. That’s what makes linguistics so challenging. Over the years, I’ve been called an executive coach, other times a life coach.”

Gallagher notes, “We all have the same human problems. Relationship and family conflicts, work stresses and obstacles, health issues, personal insecurities, etc. As an ethicist rather than therapist, I pose questions and offer common sense suggestions and options to all kinds of universal issues,” she adds. “I never tell anyone what to do, but rather offer possibilities that empower, support and encourage changes in perspective, attitude and choices.”

Along with her coaching practice and creative consulting projects, Olive will continue to pen The Inner Bottom Line column found in the national edition of examiner.com as well as host The Inner Bottom Line weekly radio show on blogtalkradio.
