PERSONAL BEST® CEO OLIVE GALLAGHER RESUMES TEACHING THE INNER BOTTOM LINE

Lake Oswego, OR – On March 13, 2014, Olive Gallagher, founder and CEO of Personal Best, will begin teaching classes twice a month on The Inner Bottom Line® for the Lake Oswego Adult Community Center.

“Regardless of how many exciting ways I’m given to deliver the ideas and philosophy of The Inner Bottom Line – interviews, seminars, speeches, media appearances, retreats, the column, or even my radio show – returning to the immediate, one-on-one exchange that happens in a classroom setting is still one of the most challenging and fruitful. It’s also vital in helping me keep the concepts and process current and useful.”

While The Inner Bottom Line classes scheduled for March 13th and 20th will focus on Choices, the sessions on April 10th and 17th will concentrate on Relationships. On May 15th and 22nd, the topic will turn to Aging and Loss with classes following that on June 12th and 19th focusing on Accepting Loss and Letting Go.

“I get so much more than I get whenever I find myself in a lecture/teaching situation. There is nothing more heartwarming or thrilling than that moment when someone “gets” it. To be a part of that, through the exchange of ideas or confidences, is a true privilege for me. And to be able to give back to my new community by contributing my efforts to the Adult Community Center in this way makes the opportunity even more special.”

Enrollment in these classes, designed for individuals 18+, is open to the public. For more information and to register, please call the Lake Oswego ACC at (503) 635-3758.
